Returns Eligibility
Customized Products: Items that have been personalized with logos, branding, or specific custom designs are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect. Non-Customized Products: Standard stock items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@maarisinnovations.com with your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Before Production: Orders for customized products can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation for a full refund. Cancellations after 24 hours but before production starts may incur a 10% administrative fee. After Production: Once customization or production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
