To place an order or submit a bulk enquiry, you must register with accurate details (organisation name, contact person, designation, business address, GSTIN, mobile, email). You warrant that all information is true and up‑to‑date.
Only persons and entities competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 may transact. Individuals below 18 require parent/guardian supervision and written consent.
Maaris may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion for breach or conduct detrimental to its business.
You are solely responsible for login credentials. Any access through your account is deemed authorised by you. Notify us immediately at contact@maaris.in of any unauthorised use.
Maaris offers a curated range of corporate gifting products including premium customised gifts, employee onboarding kits, festive hampers, branded merchandise, and pan‑India delivery.
Product descriptions are indicative. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings, manufacturing tolerances, or customisation.
All prices are in INR and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Maaris reserves the right to revise prices at any time without prior notice.
In case of a typographical or pricing error, Maaris reserves the right to cancel or modify the order and issue a full refund if payment has been collected.
Product listings are an invitation to offer, not an offer. Your order is an offer subject to acceptance by Maaris.
Order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs only when Maaris issues a formal Sales Order/Proforma Invoice or upon dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Maaris may decline, modify, or cancel orders for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, MOQ failure, or incomplete details.
If a specific item becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with an item of equal or higher value and comparable quality. Substitutions will be communicated before dispatch. You may accept or request a refund for that portion.
No substitution will be made for customised products without prior written consent.
Requests within 24 hours of order confirmation (and before production starts): processed without penalty.
After 24 hours but before production commencement: 10% administrative fee applies.
Once customisation or production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled. Full order value will be charged.
For stock (non‑customised) items, cancellation is permitted up to 48 hours prior to scheduled dispatch.
Maaris may cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances; a full refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
After a confirmed order, you will receive an order confirmation with Order ID, product details, estimated delivery date, and payment summary. A delivery confirmation will be sent once dispatched or delivered. Clients must monitor registered contact details for updates.
Pan‑India delivery via third‑party logistics. Delivery timelines are estimates: metro cities 2–4 working days, Tier II/III 4–7 days, remote 7–14 days (subject to serviceability).
Client is responsible for accurate delivery addresses. For bulk orders with multiple recipients, provide a verified address list at least 5 working days before dispatch.
Deemed Delivery (order considered executed) occurs when: wrong/incomplete address, recipient unavailable, premises locked, or refusal to accept. No refunds or re‑deliveries in such cases.
Delivery charges vary and will be communicated at quotation; complimentary delivery may be offered for qualifying bulk orders.
If duplicate orders are placed, notify us immediately. Full refund for duplicate provided production has not commenced. If production has begun, the duplicate order cannot be cancelled and will be charged.
All payments in INR.
Payments are non‑refundable except as expressly provided in these T&C. Late payments attract 1.5% per month finance charge (or maximum permitted rate). Maaris may withhold dispatch until dues are cleared.
Accepted modes: Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, Cheque/Demand Draft (subject to clearance), online payment gateway (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Net Banking, UPI).
Cash not accepted for orders above INR 2,000/-. GST invoices require your GSTIN at order placement.
By registering, you consent to receive communications (email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone) regarding orders, deliveries, new products, offers, and service announcements.
You may opt out of promotional communications by writing to contact@maaris.in. Transactional communications (order confirmations, invoices, delivery updates) cannot be opted out as they are essential to service delivery.
If you experience any issue, report within 48 hours of delivery with details and photographic evidence. Complaints raised after 48 hours may not be considered. For non‑delivery, raise the issue within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Returns are not accepted once an order is produced and delivered, except for:
Refund process: email within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Upon validation, we offer re‑production/re‑delivery, partial refund, or full refund. Refunds processed to original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
No refunds for: errors in client‑provided artwork/address, change of mind, minor colour/texture variations within industry tolerances, or recipient unavailability/refusal.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. Does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, mishandling, or defects from client‑provided specifications/artwork.
Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographic evidence.
You are granted a personal, limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access the Website for lawful corporate gifting purposes.
You may not: copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent; use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, or competitive commercial purposes; attempt unauthorised access.
No guarantee of uninterrupted Website access; availability may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure.
All warranties disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Maaris not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for loss of business, profits, or goodwill from delays, defects, or non‑delivery beyond its reasonable control.
Maaris’s aggregate liability for any single order shall not exceed the total order value paid by the Client for that order.
Maaris reserves the right to recover the cost of products, services, handling charges, and legal fees from any Client engaged in fraudulent transactions (including chargebacks without valid grounds, identity fraud, or misuse of payment instruments). Such recovery does not prejudice Maaris’s right to initiate legal proceedings.
During peak seasons, order volumes increase significantly. We cannot guarantee delivery on the exact date due to high courier volumes, weather, or logistical constraints. Clients are advised to place orders at least 10–15 days in advance. No refunds or compensation for delays caused by peak‑season volume, force majeure, or courier partner delays.
Your personal and organisational information is governed by Maaris’s Privacy Policy available at www.maarisinnovations.com. By using the Website, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your information in compliance with applicable Indian data protection laws.
These T&C remain effective while you maintain an account or have a commercial relationship with Maaris. Maaris may terminate your registration and access if you breach any provision, engage in fraudulent/abusive conduct, or fail to make payments as agreed.
Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver; any waiver must be in writing.
Entire Agreement: These T&C, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and written quotations/Sales Orders, constitute the entire agreement.
No Assignment: You may not assign rights/obligations without prior written consent. Maaris may assign to affiliates/successors.
Amendments: Maaris may update these T&C; the revised version will be published with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: Governed by Indian law. Disputes to be resolved amicably, then by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with seat in Bengaluru. Courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
Force Majeure: Maaris not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, power failures, supply chain disruptions).
